So apparently there's a few things we could do to make the house sell quicker. De-cluttering and cleaning is the big one apparently. So...how to make our house perfect, in an ideal world.
Upstairs
Bathroom clean, tidy, empty bins
make sure tap doesn't drip
??move plant from by loo
Mum's room clean, tidy, new carpet!
Move bookcase that's on its side to a better place.
Airing Cupboard tidy and cull
unpack shrink wrapped stuff
J's wardrobe needs a bit of de-cluttering as looks tiny with all the boxes in there and if anyone is nosy...
J's room clean, tidy and ideally shuffle things around. Chest of drawers would be better where the boxes are as then you can access it and the rooms look usable. Would probably also hide packed boxes better.
? Need to do something with window.
