Our excuse was we were waiting for a nice day. It was positively tropical today, so we braved the garage. Yesterday saw us at the scrap yard flogging our 70kg ish scrap metal:
The garage started off looking a bit like this:
So, it looked like a fairly momentous task. Luckily, the weather was on our side, so we started to take over the garden. I did have some better pictures, but my camera took a disliking to them, and deleted them all.
So, we started. We started first in the corner, and found a manky tree stump and a toad. After ringing Toad Protection (at Heather Drive) and Structural Information (at Heather Drive), we started to pile up the corner. Moved lots of wardrobes and stuffed it full of more furniture. If you want any furniture - you know where to go. There were photos. Now they're in dead photo land.
We then started being a bit more superficial in our sorting, as the grey clouds started to arrive, and we wanted to get the boats back in. Maybe tomorrow.
This is the fendery, BBQery and boatery (below).
The back wall is the Widgeonery, with the garden swing on top.
The left hand side has garden fencing, a gazebo, and oily stuf.
This is the "weathery". On the top are hallogen lights, then painty stuff. Then we have "the cyclery", and the "grittery", and to the right swimming pool, paraffin insect repellent and fishing rod.
This is the gardenery. Apparently there is a difference between spades and shovels. Who'd have known.
This is on top of the furniture, and is the "old things"ery. You never know when a bed pan will be useful.
Generator and "woodery" and box of stuff from Swansea for Dad to sort. Apparently.
Sails and boat stuff. Not sure if some of this belongs to Adam...
Oooh, hiding fence panel ;)
And that's about it. We have a garage back. How exciting!!
